Terms of Service

Please read everything carefully before commissioning me.

General Terms

  • As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, etc.

  • I have the right to refuse your request if I feel uncomfortable or I am not able to work on it.

  • All Prices are the lowest price I can offer.

  • Full payment is expected at the time of order via my Ko-fi shop.

  • You may not use my past, present, or future art work for NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens).

  • Do not use my art to spread hate of any type.

  • Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to use my artwork to train any AI/ML models.

  • Orders take 1-4 months to complete. I will send updates as regularly as I see fit.

  • The progress of the commission (sketch with base colors) will be provided through screenshots for revisions and confirmation. At the end of the commission I will confirm that everything is correct with the commission. If you want something changed after the final product is confirmed a small fee of 15% of the cost of the commission will be required. This fee will be collected via Paypal invoice.

  • The completed art work will be sent to your email in high resolution once everything is paid for and done.

  • All sales will be completed through my Ko-fi (linked below).

Commercial Use

  • Commercial use is allowed so long as it has been discussed and agreed upon before I start the commission.

Will Draw

  • OC (Original Characters)

  • Fanart

  • Real People (in my style)

  • Gore.

  • NSFW (for +18 customers only).

  • Humanoid

  • Anthro/Furry

  • Mecha

Will Not Draw

  • Minors (in a sexual or suggestive way).

  • NFT.

  • Hateful or discriminatory content.

  • Scat/Piss

Refund Policy

  • You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet.

  • You can request a 60% refund if you no longer want your order after the initial sketch. This partial refund will be given via Paypal.

  • You can no longer request a refund once I have started the lineart.

  • I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.

  • If you file a chargeback against me on Paypal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. I will no longer work with you if this happens.

Commission Process

  • Commissions take 1-4 months to complete depending on complexity.

  • I will send the first update within a month of payment received.

  • After the first update (colored sketch) I will adjust anything you ask at this stage.

  • Once the initial line art is finished I will send a second update to check for small any changes you may want.

  • After all revisions up to this point are finished I will complete the Commission and send one last update Once everything is confirmed to be to your standards I will email you a high res image with and without a background.

  • The final product will be sent with a watermark and without one. You may post the one without a water mark but please do credit me.

Ownership Rights

  • Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.

  • You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.

  • Credits to me (@mischieviousmoss @mischiefmossvt or @starglazedmoss) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, please specify in the commissions form.

  • The client will receive the PNG files with and without background and watermark

  • You can post the file without the watermark if you like, but you must credit me as the artist.

Payment

  • All orders must be made through my Ko-fi account (linked below).

  • Pending payments have a grace period of one (1) week before being considered unsuccessful and the slot is reopened. Incomplete payment for process fees will result in a hold being placed on the order.

  • Partial refunds will be given via paypal.

Blacklist Policy

  • If you get blacklisted it means you cannot commission me, buy my products or adopts and, depending on the case, you will be blocked from all my social medias.

  • Reasons that can lead a client to be blacklisted:

  • Fail to pay the invoice within one week (if you cannot make the payment within this period, please let me know in advance);

  • Ghosting;

  • Attempt to scam;

  • File a chargeback;

  • Misuse of previous commissions/my art in general;

  • Harassment and any other type of disrespect towards me and my work.

Privacy Policy

  • Mischievousmoss will not use or share your personal information with anyone. The information that are collected will only be used to contact or identify you.

  • Mischievousmoss does not employ any third-party companies or individuals, any information you share will be known to Mischievousmoss and Mischievousmoss alone.
