Terms of Service
Please read everything carefully before commissioning me.
General Terms
As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, etc.
I have the right to refuse your request if I feel uncomfortable or I am not able to work on it.
All Prices are the lowest price I can offer.
Full payment is expected at the time of order via my Ko-fi shop or Vgen.
Do not use my past, present, or future art work for NFTs (Non Fungible Tokens).
Do not use my art to spread hate of any type.
Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to use my artwork to train any AI/ML models.
Orders take 1-4 months to complete. I will send updates as regularly as I see fit.
The progress of the commission will be provided through screenshots for revisions and confirmation. At the end of the commission I will confirm that everything is correct with the commission. If you want something changed after the final product is confirmed a small fee of 15% of the cost of the commission will be required. This fee will be collected via Paypal invoice.
The completed art work will be sent to your email in high resolution once everything is paid for and done.
All sales will be completed through my Vgen (linked below).
Commercial Use
Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise specified/discussed.
Commercial Use of the commission must be granted before I begin the Commission and you must purchase a Commercial License from me for that Specific Commission for $100.00.

Refund Policy
You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet.
You can request a 60% refund if you no longer want your order after the initial sketch.
You can no longer request a refund once I have started the lineart.
I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.
If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. I will no longer work with you if this happens.
Commission Process
Commissions take 1-4 months to complete depending on complexity.
I will send the first update within a month of payment received.
After the first update (colored sketch) I will adjust anything you ask at this stage.
Once the initial line art is finished I will send a second update to check for small any changes you may want.
After all revisions up to this point are finished I will complete the Commission and send one last update Once everything is confirmed to be to your standards I will email you a high res image with and without a background.
The final product will be sent with a watermark and without one. You may post the one without a water mark but please do credit me.
Ownership Rights
Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.
You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
Credits to me (@mischieviousmoss @mischiefmossvt or @starglazedmoss) or a link going back to one of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased.

The client will receive the PNG files with and without background and watermark
You can post the file without the watermark if you like, but you must credit me as the artist.
Payment
All orders must be made through my Ko-fi or Vgen account (linked below).
Pending payments have a grace period of one (1) week before being considered unsuccessful and the slot is reopened. Incomplete payment for process fees will result in a hold being placed on the order.
Partial refunds will be given via paypal if the website (Vgen) does not allow partial refunds.
Blacklist Policy
If you get blacklisted it means you cannot commission me, buy my products or adopts and, depending on the case, you will be blocked from all my social medias.
Reasons that can lead a client to be blacklisted:
Fail to pay the invoice within one week (if you cannot make the payment within this period, please let me know in advance);
Ghosting;
Attempt to scam;
File a chargeback;
Misuse of previous commissions/my art in general;
Harassment and any other type of disrespect towards me and my work.
Privacy Policy
Mischievousmoss will not use or share your personal information with anyone. The information that is collected will only be used to contact or identify you.
